Call 999 for an ambulance go straight to A&E if you can.

Response Times
Website enquiries, emails and voicemail messages are monitored during normal working hours only.
Responses are typically provided within:
• 24-48 hours for enquiries
• Longer during holidays, illness, training, or periods of leave
Messages are not monitored continuously and should never be used to request emergency assistance.
Existing Clients
If you are an existing client and experiencing increased distress between sessions, please use the support arrangements discussed within your counselling agreement. If immediate support is required, contact one of the emergency or crisis services listed above.
