Emotional pain can feel overwhelming when there is trouble or conflict within yourself, relationships, marriage or friendship groups. It may put you in a dark psychological space. Sometimes talking to yourself aloud can be helpful to let the pain out. It makes you human despite what society thinks because it helps you off-load as you try to make sense of your issues.

I am here for you if you want to talk about how your emotional pain feels and together we can hopefully work it out either in individual or Couples Counselling or Family counselling in order to bring some clarity or a resolution of what it is you want as an outcome to address:

  • What's on offer?

Once you feel comfortable to proceed having me as your counsellor, we can negotiate payments and methods of counselling you would prefer either video online counselling or telephone counselling. I can offer you therapy sessions that are short term or long term as we aim to work towards your goals which we would review and agree together. However if you feel you would like to end sooner before your agreed sessions, we can review this also. For therapy to be effective, I would suggest that clients commit to an initial 6 sessions after which we can review the contract to see if they still want to proceed. Request an application form.

    What I DONOT offer
Advice, Conversion Therapy or Psychosexual Therapy. I do not address Crime, Violence, Criminal Justice or LGBTQ and Gender / Sexuality issues.

    Clinical Supervision
In addition to being a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, I am also currently a Trainee Clinical Supervisor using the 7-Eyed Supervision Model in supervision work with supervisees.  I work online, In-Person or face to face as we collaborate together using the model to help you understand and process what is going on for your client work, self-awareness, self-care and how you are applying theory to your practice.  I also run a peer supervision group and see a supervisor.

    Opening Times

  • Mondays - Fridays 10am - 8pm

  • Referral Method and Initial Assessment:

This is a self-referral service. Please watch the initial assessment video on the Welcome Page. Once I have received your referral either by telephone or email, I shall contact you to arrange a session if you wish to proceed. However, if your presenting problem is not within my proficiency, I am happy to suggest referral to a specialist service i.e. GP or Mental Health professional.
