COVID-19 January 2022
In-Person counselling is now available. Clients are expected to wear Mask and follow all safety measures put in place to keep everyone and themselves safe. Please state during booking if you have been vaccinated against covid-19. Please do not show up for your session if you suspect you might have flu-like symptoms or Covid-19. If you have a health condition with risk factors or connected with others with pre-existing health conditions, a telephone or online counselling is advised. This would reduce the risk to yourself, your counsellor and others whom you may share the same space with during travel to and from your location to the therapy practice location.
The therapy room would be thoroughly sanitised and ventilated before and after each therapy session.
Please ensure that you are wearing a face covering upon arrival. Ring the doorbell and step back from the door at a safe distance to be attended to.
Your temperature will be taken using a non-contact forehead temperature gauge. However, clients whose readings exceed 37 degrees, will not be allowed into the property and would be advised to go home to self-isolate for 14 days.
There is a 2m distance rule with NO physical contact e.g. handshaking or friendly hugs.
Clients are advised to bring their own face covering (face mask) to be worn at own discretion or if government guidelines changed to make it compulsory.
Clients with a cough or cold will not be seen or allowed into the property.
A hand sanitiser would be provided for you to use as you can enter the property.
Drinking water or a hot drink is available. However, clients are free to bring in their own hot drinks and bottle of water if they wish to do so. No alcohol is allowed on the property.
If you are unwell, future sessions will be postponed if you are advised medically to self-isolate, or if they have any symptoms of a cold, cough, respiratory issues or a raised temperature.
If you or anyone living with you has developed potential symptoms of COVID-19, please self-isolate and inform me of this.
You will need to continue keeping yourself up to date with Government guidelines and updates for Covid-19.
In the event that others or myself have been diagnosed with coronavirus the NHS will require that I divulge a list of people whom I have come in contact with. In such circumstances I shall inform the NHS of my contact with clients to help the track and trace method.
In the event that I need to self-isolate as result of any medical issue on the date of a face to face session with a client, I shall contact the client to re-arrange their appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment for whatever reason, please give 48 hours notice to cancel.
Missed appointments without 48hrs notice will incur fees to be paid and your missed session shall be counted as part of your total agreed sessions. Please read cancellation policy. www.htsawyercs.com
